About Me

Prof. Emmanuel Kusi Achampong is an Associate Professor of Health Informatics at the School of Medical Sciences, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. His work bridges healthcare, data, and technology, with a passion for using Health Informatics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Data Analytics to transform healthcare education and delivery in Africa. His teaching and research interests include electronic health records, telemedicine, patient safety, and the use of AI in medicine and medical education. Beyond academia, Prof. Achampong is a content creator and digital educator, known for producing impactful materials on financial literacy, relationships, technology, and personal development through his SMART CEDI series, YouTube content, and upcoming podcast “Broken or Fulfilled.” His mission is to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and tools to thrive in an increasingly digital and data-driven world.
