In order to achieve something in life, we must make the effort to improve everyday. Am I better today than yesterday? This is a question that I must ask myself everyday. Growth must be intentional and should happen on a continual basis.
There should therefore be a continuous self-evaluation to see whether I am improving on my character, work ethics, family life, business, job, finances, investments and others. This is what I want to call self-health behaviour.
Pause and reflect on these. Are you better today than yesterday? Are you better this year than last year? Are you better financially this year than last year? Is your family closer and lovely this year than last year? Is your health better this year than last year?
We must be improving, increasing and getting better everyday.
